1. Agreement
By accessing this website or making an enquiry, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
Opulence Voyages acts as a travel agent for cruise lines and travel service providers. We are not a principal in the travel contract between client and cruise line.
3. Bookings and Payments
All voyage bookings are subject to the booking conditions of the relevant cruise line. A staged initial payment is required to secure a booking, with the balance due as specified. All prices are in AUD unless otherwise stated and are subject to availability and change without notice. Prices displayed are indicative and must be confirmed at time of booking. Full booking conditions are provided at time of reservation.
4. The Opulence Voyage Plan™
The Opulence Voyage Plan™ is a private internal payment scheduling arrangement. It is not a financial product, credit contract, or consumer credit arrangement under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth) or the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). No interest is charged. Opulence Travel Group does not hold an Australian Credit Licence and does not provide credit.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies are determined by the individual cruise line and communicated at time of booking. Comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover is strongly recommended.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance at time of booking. We are not responsible for losses arising from failure to obtain appropriate coverage.
7. Accuracy of Information
All voyage pricing, itineraries, and inclusions on this website are indicative and subject to change without notice. Confirmed details are provided in your booking documentation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the re-supply of the relevant services. We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our control.
9. Accreditation
Opulence Travel Group is a CLIA Accredited Ambassador Agent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
