Booking Conditions
1. Making a Booking
Enquiries do not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a completed booking form, payment of the initial staged payment, and written confirmation from Opulence Travel Group.
2. Cruise Line Booking Conditions
All bookings are subject to the individual booking conditions of the relevant cruise line. Full cruise line booking conditions are provided to clients upon confirmation of booking and are available upon request by contacting jennifer@opulencetravel.com.au.
3. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit as specified by the cruise line is required at time of booking. Initial staged payments under the Opulence Voyage Plan™ are applied toward this deposit.
4. Passports and Visas
Clients are solely responsible for valid passports (minimum 6 months validity beyond voyage return) and all required visas. Opulence Travel Group can provide general guidance but accepts no liability for refusal of entry.
5. Health Requirements
Some cruise lines and destinations require vaccination proof or health documentation. Clients must ensure compliance at time of travel.
6. Name Changes and Amendments
Amendments may incur fees from the cruise line and from Opulence Travel Group. Contact us as soon as possible if amendments are required.
7. Force Majeure
Opulence Travel Group is not liable for cancellations or changes arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including pandemics, natural disasters, geopolitical events, or cruise line operational decisions.
