1. Travel Agent Services
Opulence Travel Group Pty Ltd (trading as Opulence Voyages) is a CLIA Accredited Ambassador Agent. We act as agent for cruise lines and travel service providers.
2. The Opulence Voyage Plan™ — Important Notice
The Opulence Voyage Plan™ is a private internal payment scheduling arrangement. It is NOT:
- A financial product as defined by the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)
- A credit contract or consumer credit arrangement under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth)
- A lay-by agreement under Australian Consumer Law
Opulence Travel Group does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) or an Australian Credit Licence (ACL) and does not provide financial advice or credit.
3. Travel Insurance
Where we recommend travel insurance products, we act as referral agent only. Clients should review Product Disclosure Statements carefully.
4. Pricing and Foreign Exchange
World cruise fares may be originally quoted in USD or GBP by cruise lines. All AUD prices on this website are indicative conversions only, subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Confirmed AUD pricing is provided at time of booking.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).
